Comscore’s June 2022 rankings place Playmaker at #4 for digital sports media groups by audience across the Americas, while retaining the #1 spot in Latin America and entering the top-20 in North America

(TSX-V: PMKR) (“Playmaker”), the digital sports media company that delivers authentic content experiences through its portfolio of sports media and technology brands, announced today that it has been ranked by leading media measurement and analytics company, Comscore, as the fourth largest digital sports media group across the Americas. Playmaker web properties generated 210 million Comscore-tracked web visits in the month of June 2022.

Playmaker last reported Comscore rankings for the period of December 2021, at which time it ranked as the sixth largest digital sports media company across the Americas after generating 180 million Comscore-tracked web visits in the month. Playmaker has since completed the migration of all of its acquired web properties and publishing brands, including Futbol Sites, Yardbarker, The Nation Network, The Sports Drop and World Soccer Talk to Bench, Playmaker’s in-house tech stack. This strategic undertaking, as well as strong organic growth, has resulted in increasing volumes of web traffic and enhanced monetization capabilities across all web-based assets within the Playmaker ecosystem.
In the month of June 2022, Playmaker retained its position as the number one ranked regional digital sports media group in Latin America, a position it has held since July 2021, and it entered the top-20 for digital sports media groups in the US.
